Curbside Recycling
SINGLE-STREAM CURBSIDE RECYCLE:
The City of Sherwood encourages its residents to recycle. The recycle cart is emptied bi-weekly on the same days as your garbage pickup. Single stream recycling means you do not need to sort your recyclable materials. Put everything loose into the recycling cart.
- Carts should be at least 3 feet from any obstructions.
- No household garbage or plastic bags should be placed in the carts.
As of April 1, 2021, glass food and beverage containers are now accepted in your curbside recycling cart. Any clear, brown or green glass bottles and jars can go in your cart, along with paper, cardboard, empty metal cans and empty plastic bottles and jugs. Please make sure the glass food and beverage containers are empty so they can be processed for recycling. This service is for North Little Rock and Sherwood residents only.
ELECTRONICS RECYCLING:
Pulaski County residents are encouraged to recycle electronics and automotive fluids. These items can be dropped off at one of five Green Station Collection Sites in Pulaski County. For a complete list of items collected at these sites, please click on the link to the right labeled "Sherwood Electronic Recycling."
