1. What does it cost to have an event at The Greens at North Hills?

The cost varies by day of the week and time of the day. Additional hours can be added at the rate of $25 per hour, and they must be continuous with the six- or nine-hour time block purchased.
Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. - $300
Monday-Thursday, 3 p.m. to midnight - $350
Friday-Sunday, 9 hours - $700

2. What is included in the rental of The Greens at North Hills?

Nineteen (19) 60" round tables
150 white wooden folding chairs
Four 8' long tables
Two 6' long tables
Four 3'x3' square tables
Basic sound system with microphone and 1/4" input for iPod/cellular device

3. How do I hold my date for The Greens at North Hills?

To hold your date, we require a signed contract and policy form, a $150/day room deposit and a $200 refundable damage deposit. The remaining balance, less the $150 room deposit, will be due 10 days before your event.

4. If I need to cancel my event at The Greens at North Hills, will I get anything back?

For events canceled 90 days prior to the event date, 100% of your deposit will be refunded. For events canceled 60 days prior to the event date, 50% of your deposit will be refunded. For events canceled 30 days prior to the event date, 25% of your deposit will be refunded. Events that are canceled less than 30 days prior the event date, 0% of the deposit will be refunded.

5. Can I use my own caterer or bring my own food for my event at The Greens at North Hills?

All food served must be provided by a caterer. All caterers must be licensed by the State of Arkansas and must bring copies of licenses, permits and proof of liability insurance prior to scheduled event.
